WALKING / HIKING

We love to hike and walk as a hobby, sport, or leisure activity and recommend everyone to do so whenever possible.

Obviously it is good for your mental as well as physical health.

Here are some benefits of walking / hiking;

  • Lower your risk of heart disease.

  • Improve your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

  • Boost bone density, since walking is a weight -bearing exercise.

  • Build strength in your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, and the muscles in your hips and lower legs.

  • Strengthen your core and improve balance.

Hiking and walking differ from the path the person takes. Hiking obviously involves walking. However, when you hike, it means you are walking from a lower elevation to a higher elevation. On the other hand, when you walk, it means that you are only trekking a relatively smooth and flat path without too many hurdles.

Nevertheless both are great cardio workouts.

Maybe will meet at this special tour in August,
