VUCA

Work will change in New Normal.

Due to COVID 19 we realised how fast our world can change and be challenged. We are all in a way overloaded and overwhelmed.

For most of us it is a new environment, where old laws, habits don’t apply and we have to adapt as fast as possible. It is for sure a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment and we ask ourselves how businesses in this new environment will operate? How will leaders lead and teams perform?

Let's get to know more about VUCA !

VUCA is an acronym – first used in 1987, drawing on the leadership theories of Warren Bennis and Burt Nanus, to describe or to reflect on the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of general conditions and situations.

The acronym VUCA was first introduced in 1991 by the U.S. Army as a result of the extreme conditions in Afghanistan and Iraq and it has been increasingly used to describe the global business world as well.

In corporate environment, this concept is gaining relevance to characterize a challenging environment and what kind of leadership is required to navigate through it successfully.

Teams need new skill sets & they will need to adapt to a new world.

New Normal requires teams that have emotional intelligence, more understanding to each other and at the same time they need to have learning agility.

Lets come & join our webinar where we’ll discuss all these and shape the future teams together.
